A warning has been given out to men after 18 males snapped their penises in 2016 thanks to the ‘most dangerous sex position’.
New NHS figures revealed the large number of broken dick cases treated by medical professionals last year in Britain… and 18 fellas managed to bend their erection altogether.
A fractured penis can usually be identified by a horrifying pop, which occurs during ‘vigorous sexual intercourse’. That, and the fact your cock is physically broken.
‘Experts’ now warn blokes to be careful when engaging in doggy style as they believe it to be the most likely position to culminate in a demolished manhood.
The International Journal of Impotence Research also found that missionary was the second biggest cause of penis-snapping, while ‘overzealous masturbation’ came in at third. Cowgirl was also among the top 5.
The NHS writes on its website:
If the penis is violently twisted when erect, it can break. There are no bones in the penis, but the tubes that fill with blood during an erection can burst.
Blood pours out of them inside the penis and causes a very painful swelling. Reported cases of penile fracture are rare, but it’s thought that some men are too embarrassed to report it to their doctor.
Damage during sex, where a partner is on top, is responsible for about one-third of all cases. The breakage usually occurs when a man’s penis slips out of his partner and is violently bent.
Stay safe lads.
